Netfox Detective installation is only available for Windows platform. Installation performs necessary tasks to install the application and setup the target system. Please, select a version you want to install:

• Netfox Detective v 2.1 Setup (20190901) in-memory, LocalDB.
• Netfox Detective v 0.9.2 Setup (20160926) Preview version - LocalDB.
• Netfox Detective v 0.9.1 Setup (20160615) Preview version.
• Netfox Detective v 0.9 Setup (20160505) Preview version.
• Netfox Detective v 0.8 Setup (20160115) Preview version.

Before you start

Before you start installing NFX Detective, please check that your system meets the requirements. Microsoft Windows Vista SP2 and newer is reauired to run Netfox Detective.

Minimal hardware configuration

• 1 gigahertz (GHz) 64-bit (x64) processor
• 2 gigabyte (GB) RAM
• 4 GB available hard disk space
• DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
• 1,024 x 768 with true color

Recommended hardware configuration

• 1 gigahertz (GHz) 64-bit (x64) processor
• 8 gigabyte (GB) RAM
• 64 GB available SSD hard disk space
• DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver
• 1,920 x 1,200 with true color

NETFOX DETECTIVE Installation

1. Please check, that your system contains necessary software that is required by NFX detective application. Also, if you use older NFX detective Setup, please also check that your Windows machine contains required system components. You can install missing software using links bellow.
2. Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 is required by NFX Detective. To check that your Windows system contains Microsoft .NET Framework version 4.6 or greater a tool called clrver can be used. For full description about the issue of discovering .NET version, please see information here.
3. To install NETFOX DETECTIVE, execute installation program. The installation program should install all necessary files and it also add a shortcut to start menu.
4. The tool is installed at C:\Program Files (x86)\Netfox\Detective. To run the tool the shortcut is created in the Start Menu. To uninstall tha application, the Add/Remove programs function of Windows can be used.
